EXCLUSIVE: Vantage Media, the U.S. distribution offshoot of sales firm VMI Worldwide, has hired Kellie Mutch as President of North American Distribution.
Mutch formally served as Vice President of Partner Management for Gravitas Ventures, Director Digital Customer Marketing for Twentieth Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company and was the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Orchard.
Vantage Media’s releases have included What Remains starring Stellan Skarsgärd and Andrea Riseborough, Haunted Heart with Matt Dillon and directed by Fernando Trueba, Popeye The Slayer Man, Camera starring Beau Bridges, and Junction with Bryan Greenberg, Jamie Chung and Sophia Bush.
LA-based VMI Worldwide was founded in 2010 by Andre Relis. The company specialises in independent commercially-oriented film distribution.
Mutch said: “I am very impressed with Vantage Media and what Andre and the team have accomplished over the years.
