Innovative Artists Entertainment has promoted four to its agent ranks – two in the agency’s Los Angeles office and two in the New York offices. Courtney Martin has been upped to agent in Endorsements, with Isaac Finn, Alex Jankovich and Madeline Petrovich being elevated to agent in the Talent department.
Martin and Jankovich will be NY-based, with Petrovich and Finn in L.A.
“Courtney, Isaac, Alex and Madeline each represent the fundamental principles we’ve long valued at Innovative: they each have the tenacity, foresight and zeal to best serve clients in our ever-evolving business,” said Innovative CEO and Founder Scott Harris. “We’re excited to see how they continue to grow here.”
Innovative’s new Endorsements agent, Martin, is a Ball State University grad who most recently served as communications coordinator and assistant to Endorsements Department head Maury DiMauro.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Finn began his career as an assistant to Matt Shaffer — and later, Jonathan Howard and David Lederman — and was most recently a coordinator in Talent.
Also recently serving as a coordinator, Jankovich began his career as an assistant to Brian Davidson and later Gary Gersh. He’s a graduate of the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
Petrovich was most recently a coordinator in Talent, and began her career in the mailroom. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, her time as an assistant included stints under Thomas Cushing, Lederman, and Howard.
Innovative has been on a signing spree of late, with the addition of clients like Abigail Cowen, Mel Rodriguez, Bobby Soto, Taylor Polidore Williams, Brandee Evans, Shanola Hampton, and Melissa Joan Hart. The signings come as a sign of renewed growth at the company, where Coral Tree Partners recently acquired a minority stake.
