With the quaternary twins now four years old, the parents answered the one question everyone was asking.
Sharing a video to their 331,000 Instagram followers this week, Brittany and Briana wrote: “Do your kids ever get you mixed up?”
The results were in the video. See for yourself in the clip above!
The mums explained: ”We’re identical twins who married… you guessed it… IDENTICAL TWINS! 💍💍. Each couple has a son.”

Brittany and Josh welcomed their son Jett into the world in January 2021. Three months later, Briana and Jeremy welcomed son Jax.
“Our boys call their own Dad, ‘Daddy’ and their Uncle Daddy, ‘Doda’. They usually can tell us apart… but as you can see… not always!” they said, referring to the instance in clip.
“Can you blame them? Even we get confused sometimes! 😂.”

Including their joint proposal, wedding and raising kids of their own.
In the adorable video, the mums asked sons Jett and Jax how they could tell their parents apart.
As one of the young boys pointed out his father, he appeared to get him mixed up.
It doesn’t help when each pair of twins dress the same!
Brittany, Briana, Josh and Jeremy live together with their sons in Virginia, US.
The twin sisters met the brothers at the Twins Day Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio in 2017. Brittany and Josh became one couple, while Briana and Jeremy were another.
Just months later, the brothers had a joint proposal, followed by a joint wedding.
While they are separate couples, they approach life together as a “quad”.
Though Jett and Jax are technically cousins, they are genetically brothers and are being raised as such.
“We do everything as a family, we’re really inseparable,” Briana told PEOPLE. “It’s like this magical existence.”

From proposals to planned pregnancies.
“Sometimes they both want one mom, or they’ll turn around and both want the other mom,” said Briana.
Although she added: “Each couple has their own bedroom. We do like to make that clear.”
The twins announced their overlapping pregnancies in August 2020.
“Guess what!!?? BOTH couples are pregnant! 🤰🤰,” they shared on Instagram at the time. “We are thrilled and grateful to experience overlapping pregnancies and to share this news with you all!
“Our children will not only be cousins, but full genetic siblings and quaternary multiples!”
At the end of last year, the mums also pointed out one wild difference between their children.
