If you don’t know TV star Sean Evans, you would have certainly seen his face.
Host of the viral celebrity series Hot Ones, Sean has rubbed shoulders with Hollywood’s biggest names.
He was also the next big star to jump on the celebrity lookalike craze.
Sharing an update to fans this week however, it was revealed the lookalike contest set for New York City’s Washington Square Park has been postponed – and for one very amusing reason.
“It pains us to be writing this message right now,” a statement on Hot One‘s social media began.
“Due to an overwhelming response and amount of men in the New York tri-state area looking exactly like Sean Evans from Hot Ones, we have to postpone out lookalike contest to a later date.
“We are deeply sorry to the bald white male community of nyc ❤️❤️❤️.”

The event, which was set for March 21, celebrates 10 years of the beloved series which famously sees Sean interview celebrities as they eat progressively spicier chicken wings.
It comes off the back of actor Timothée Chalamet’s viral lookalike contest last year – where dozens of Chalamet doppelgängers gathered in Washington Square Park to vie for the title of the Timothée Chalamet lookalike.
The star himself even showed up!
The craze has then been seen by actors Jeremy Allen White, Glen Powell and Australia’s own Kyle and Jackie O.

Hot Ones fans however will have to try their luck next time as they wait for a new date to be announced – but they were sure amused by the reason for its cancellation.
“What an absolutely insane post,” one fan commented, while another agreed: “Oh im giggling”.
“*Puts Pitbull costume back in closet*” wrote a third.
