1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has shared an emotional update amid a new milestone in her transformation journey.
After loosing a remarkable 524lbs (237kgs), Tammy has been approved for skin-removal surgery.

The reality star settled into her hospital bed before she broke down in tears.

The video then takes viewers to Tammy in her hospital bed.
”I don’t think it’s completely set in that I’m fixing to get my skin removal,” she said.

“I’m nervous, happy, excited… my emotions are everywhere,” she said as she wiped away tears.
Fans were thrilled for Tammy as they sent their well wishes ahead of the surgery.

In fact, some fans think Tammy has shared a sneak peek of her surgery results in her latest TikTok video.
Debuting her relationship on social media last week, Tammy shared a sweet selfie with new girlfriend Andrea.
It marked the first time Tammy shared a joint photo with Andrea.
“You know, I never found love until I looked into your eyes,” Tammy wrote.

While a milestone in itself, some fans had to comment on how amazing Tammy looked.

At one point Tammy weighed 725lbs (328kgs). During her latest check up, she was stunned to see the scales at 201lbs (91kg).
“Am I reading that wrong?” she said in disbelief in another clip shared by TLC. “I can’t remember the last time I’ve been that small.”
”Elementary?” Tammy’s brother Chris Combs jumped in.
An incredible achievement indeed!
